Unveiling the procoagulant state in Alzheimer's disease: A novel PET imaging strategy
Abstract INTRODUCTION A subset of Alzheimer's disease (AD) patients exhibits a procoagulant state that remains undiagnosed despite available treatments. We developed positron emission tomography (PET) strategies to in vivo detect cerebral microthrombi in TgCRND8 mice. METHODS PET was performed with a fibrin‐binding probe (FBP) in TgCRND8 and wild‐type

Sjögren disease (SjD) is a common systemic autoimmune disorder characterized by inflammation of the exocrine glands, resulting in dryness. Patients frequently exhibit extraglandular manifestations affecting various organ systems. To date, there are no US Food and Drug Administration (FDA)‐approved disease‐modifying therapies for SjD. In this review, we

Aims Ocrelizumab is a humanized anti‐CD20 monoclonal antibody used in multiple sclerosis. Since its commercialization, several cases of ocrelizumab‐induced colitis have been reported in the scientific literature. Methods To explore the potential association of ocrelizumab with colitis as an adverse drug reaction (ADR), we conducted a descriptive and ...

We developed a novel chemical strategy to generate a glypican‐3 × SIRP‐α bispecific antibody that simultaneously blocks the CD47 “don't eat me” signal, engages macrophages to target liver cancer cells for enhanced phagocytosis, and antigen presentation. This novel combination of targets demonstrates remarkable efficacy in vitro and in vivo.

This review illustrates the key mechanisms of osimertinib resistance in EGFR‑mutant NSCLC, including EGFR‑dependent mutations, bypass pathway activation, and SMARCA4‑mediated epigenetic regulation. We also summarize emerging targeted therapies and future perspectives to overcome EGFR‑TKI resistance.

Initial Dose Tarlatamab–Associated Tumour Lysis Syndrome in Small Cell Lung Cancer: A Case Report
We report a fatal case of acute TLS following a single 1‐mg dose of tarlatamab in a patient with relapsed SCLC with extensive liver metastases. This case highlights the importance of TLS risk assessment prior to tarlatamab treatment. Extensive liver metastases and elevated lactate dehydrogenase levels may be risk factors for TLS in patients with SCLC ...

Clonal Hematopoiesis and Type 2 Diabetes: A Narrative Review
Clonal hematopoiesis (CH), driven by obesity‐ and aging‐related inflammation, may be causally associated with an increased risk of Type 2 diabetes through the inflammation–insulin resistance pathway. By exacerbating systemic inflammation, CH may also contribute to the development of macrovascular and microvascular complications in patients with Type 2 ...

ABSTRACT Relapsed and refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM) remains associated with poor outcomes, particularly in patients exposed or refractory to proteasome inhibitors, immunomodulatory agents, and anti‐CD38 monoclonal antibodies. Targeting B‐cell maturation antigen (BCMA) has emerged as an effective therapeutic strategy, prompting the development of ...
