In this paper we study the approximation properties of the Stancutype bivariate generalization of the complex Baskakov operators. We obtaina Voronovskaja type result with quantitative estimates for bivariate complexBaskakov-Stancu operators attached to analytic functions having suitable exponential growth on compact polydisks.

The morphology of the oval window in Paranthropus robustus compared to humans and other modern primates

Abstract The oval window (OW) is an opening connecting the inner and middle ear. Its area has been shown to consistently scale with body mass (BM) in primates, and has been used alongside semi‐circular canal (SCC) size to differentiate Homo sapiens and fossil hominins, including Paranthropus robustus.

Patterns of spinal motion, kinematic spaces and the land‐to‐sea transition in carnivorans

Using 3D reconstructions, we quantify intervertebral joint mobility to investigate how cervical, thoracic, and lumbar vertebral regions evolved distinct kinematic roles in pinnipeds. The findings reveal lineage‐specific adaptations for swimming and highlight the functional significance of vertebral joint flexibility in ecological transitions.

Bivariate Bernstein-Kantorovich operators with a summability method and related GBS operators

In this paper, we apply four-dimensional infinite matrices to newly constructed original extension of bivariate Bernstein-Kantorovich type operators based on multiple shape parameters. We also use B?gel continuity to construct the GBS (Generalized Boolean Sum) operators for defined bivariate Kantorovich type.

Abstract Primates show a high degree of locomotor diversity that engenders similar variance in limb bone cross‐sectional geometry and bending strength: leaping primates have stronger hindlimb bones whereas suspensory species have stronger forelimb bones.

We develop a spectral method for solving univariate singular integral equations over unions of intervals by utilizing Chebyshev and ultraspherical polynomials to reformulate the equations as almost-banded infinite-dimensional systems.
