Multiallelic marker system for traceability of Black Slavonian pig meat

Food Control, 2020
Meat from Black Slavonian pig (Crna slavonska, CS), an autochthonous Croatian breed, is used for the production of high-quality products, which makes it an interesting target for meat fraud. The aim of the study was to develop a set of microsatellite markers suitable for precise genetic traceability of the meat originating from this breed.
