Study on wettability of water stemming for blasting dust adjusted by surfactants and inorganic salts
Water stemming is an efficient method of removing blasting dust by wetting. There is still a lack of methods for rapid optimization of water stemming components with high wettability. Herein, blasting dust was collected from a tunnel in Chongqing (China)

Practical assessment of rock damage due to blasting
Blasting is the most cost effective methodology to break rock for mining or civil engineering applications. A good production blast will break only the rock that is needed to be removed, leaving the host rock with minimal damage.

A (2R,3R)‐butanediol dehydrogenase from Bacillus subtilis (BsBDH) is engineered for the enantioselective synthesis of 2‐hydroxycyclohexanone. A PASS computational design strategy is proposed to enhance the thermostability of BsBDH. Moreover, ESM‐1v combined with ISM is utilized for enhancing and inverting its stereoselectivity.

Calcium Shock Enables Efficient and Programmable Particle Delivery for Genome Editing Applications
Classical transfection and transduction are inefficient, particularly with confluent cells and organoids, and lack cell type‐specific programmability. This study presents calcium shock (CaSh), a method that dramatically improves particle delivery into single cells, colonies, and organoids.

Experimental and numerical study on protective effect of RC blast wall against air shock wave
Prototype experiments were carried out on the explosion-proof performance of the RC blast wall. The mass of TNT detonated in the experiments is 5 kg and 20 kg respectively. The shock wave overpressure was tested in different regions.

CDK4/6 inhibition promotes CD8+ T cell expansion through tumor‐macrophage crosstalk by activating HIF‐1α and enhancing MIF‐CD44/CD74 signaling. This reprograms TAMs to boost MHC‐I antigen presentation, and CDK4/6 inhibitor‐trained M1 TAM supernatant therapy synergizes with low‐dose PD‐1 blockade to restore antitumor immunity.
