Randomness of encryption keys generated by super H-antimagic total labeling
SuperH-antimagic total labeling (SHATL) can be utilized to generate encryption keys. The keys are then used to establish the improved block and stream ciphers.

Two Practical and Provably Secure Block Ciphers: BEAR and LION
In this paper we suggest two new provably secure block ciphers, called BEAR and LION. They both have large block sizes, and are based on the Luby-Rackoff construction.

This study reveals that the small GTPase Rab14 is necessary for human papillomavirus (HPV) infection and plays an essential role in the transport of virions to the trans‐Golgi network (TGN). HPV in the early endosome (EE), which harbors GTP‐bound Rab14, is transported to the TGN through the switch of Rab14 from its GTP‐bound to GDP‐bound form.

We introduce the concept of an elastic block cipher, which refers to stretching the supported block size of a block cipher to any length up to twice the original block size while incurring a computational workload that is proportional to the block size. We define a method for converting any existing block cipher into an elastic block cipher and mention

Degradation mechanism of the von Willebrand factor A2 domain by nattokinase
Nattokinase, a natto‐derived protease, exhibits potent antithrombotic effects. This study demonstrates that nattokinase directly cleaves the von Willebrand factor (vWF) A2 domain in vitro. Unlike the native regulator ADAMTS13, nattokinase degrades folded vWF independently of shear stress.

Analysis of linear relationships in block ciphers
This thesis is devoted to the study of linear relationships in symmetric block ciphers. A block cipher is designed so that the ciphertext is produced as a nonlinear function of the plaintext and secret master key. However, linear relationships within the

Modulation of Homer1 EVH1 domain internal dynamics by putative autism‐associated mutations
The putative autism‐associated M65I and S97L variants of the EVH1 domain of the postsynaptic scaffold protein Homer1 do not exhibit substantial changes in their overall structure or partner binding. Both of them, but especially the M65I variant, show altered internal dynamics relative to the wild‐type domain on the μs‐ms timescale, indicated by the ...

Algebraic Side Channel Attack on Trivium and Grain Ciphers
Solving a system of multivariate quadratic equations obtained through algebraic cryptanalysis is a nondeterministic polynomial time-complete problem. Owing to the trend of stream ciphers based on nonlinear update, the success of algebraic attacks has ...
