LDPC and Turbo Coding Assisted Space-Time Block Coded OFDM

open access: yes, 2003
Space-time block coded OFDM is capable of achieving substantial diversity gains, while supporting high bit-rates in wireless communications. By concatenating a space-time block coded OFDM scheme with powerful channel codes, the performance of the system can be further enhanced.

Angiogenic Potential of Small Extracellular Vesicles Produced by Stimulated Mesenchymal Stromal Cells Under Hypoxic Conditions

open access: yesJournal of Extracellular Biology, Volume 5, Issue 1, January 2026.
ABSTRACT Regenerative vascular medicine research has positioned mesenchymal stromal cells (MSCs) as a leading candidate to treat ischemic diseases. Recent studies have highlighted the emerging role of small extracellular vesicles (sEVs) produced by MSCs in their own potential.

Convolutional recurrent U‐net for cardiac cine MRI reconstruction via effective spatio‐temporal feature exploitation

open access: yesMedical Physics, Volume 53, Issue 1, January 2026.
Abstract Background Cardiac Cine Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) provides dynamic visualization of the heart's structure and function but is hindered by slow acquisition, requiring repeated breath‐holds that challenge sick patients. Accelerated imaging can mitigate these issues but potentially reduce spatial and temporal resolution.
