PRMT5/Sohlh2/Sirt1 Signaling Pathway in Vascular Endothelial Cells Modulates Lung Metastasis of Triple‐Negative Breast Cancer

The cover image shows that vascular endothelial cells play an important role in lung metastasis of TNBC. Endothelial Sohlh2 acts as a gatekeeper against TNBC lung metastasis by limiting endothelial activation and tumor cell passage. PRMT5 reduces Sohlh2 stability, weakening this protective barrier.

Kinsenoside Targets IDH1 to Restore Microglial Immune‐Metabolic Homeostasis for Alzheimer's Disease Therapy

Dysregulated TCA cycle contributes to Alzheimer's disease (AD) pathogenesis. Here, we show that microglial isocitrate dehydrogenase 1 (IDH1) is a critical driver. Elevated IDH1 disrupts citrate metabolism and mitochondrial function, exacerbating AD pathology.

The incidence of viral hepatitis after blood transfusions has gone down, but it hasn't disappeared. In Mexico, the estimated risk of infection with HCV is 1 for every 103,000 units administered.
