Abstract Dielectric and ferroelectric properties of 0.93Bi 0.5 Na 0.5 TiO 3 –0.07BaTiO 3 (BNT–BT) and 0.93Bi 0.5 Na 0.5 TiO 3 –0.06BaTiO 3 –0.01K 0.5 Na 0.5 NbO 3 (BNT–BT–KNN) ceramics were studied in detail.
