Energy storage properties of BNT-BT based solid solution

The phase structure, microstructure, dielectric and energy storage properties of 0.85(0.92Bi 0.5 Na 0.5 TiO 3 -0.08BaTiO 3 )-0.15(Na 1−3x Bi x NbO 3 ) (BNTBT-NB x N) polycrystalline lead-free ceramics were systematically investigated. Dense and pore-free samples were prepared by conventional solid state reaction method.

Synthesis and ferroelectric behavior of Gd doped BNT ceramics

Abstract In the present work, polycrystalline (Bi 1− x Gd x ) 0.5 Na 0.5 TiO 3 (BGNT) ceramics with low amount of rare earth ion Gd 3+ ( x  = 0, 0.02, 0.03, 0.04) have been synthesized by a semi–wet technique. XRD patterns show single phase formation for all the samples with a rhombohedral structure at room temperature.
