Energy storage properties of BNT-BT based solid solution
2015 Joint IEEE International Symposium on the Applications of Ferroelectric (ISAF), International Symposium on Integrated Functionalities (ISIF), and Piezoelectric Force Microscopy Workshop (PFM), 2015The phase structure, microstructure, dielectric and energy storage properties of 0.85(0.92Bi 0.5 Na 0.5 TiO 3 -0.08BaTiO 3 )-0.15(Na 1−3x Bi x NbO 3 ) (BNTBT-NB x N) polycrystalline lead-free ceramics were systematically investigated. Dense and pore-free samples were prepared by conventional solid state reaction method.

Synthesis and ferroelectric behavior of Gd doped BNT ceramics
Current Applied Physics, 2014Abstract In the present work, polycrystalline (Bi 1− x Gd x ) 0.5 Na 0.5 TiO 3 (BGNT) ceramics with low amount of rare earth ion Gd 3+ ( x = 0, 0.02, 0.03, 0.04) have been synthesized by a semi–wet technique. XRD patterns show single phase formation for all the samples with a rhombohedral structure at room temperature.
