Resilient Calvarial Bone Marrow Supports Retinal Repair in Type 2 Diabetes
Skull bone (calvarium) marrow in diabetic mice stay structurally intact and keeps making blood cells, unlike the bone marrow of the leg bones. The skull marrow is exposed to cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), which contains protective molecules called oxysterols.

This study develops a 3D co‐culture and co‐differentiation system for porcine muscle stem cells (pMuSCs) and mesenchymal stem cells (pMSCs) on edible starch‐based scaffolds. The system simultaneously generates myotubes and adipocytes without using serum or chemical inducers.

Hydrogen‐powered aviation offers a transformative pathway to zero‐emission flight by eliminating in‐flight CO2 emissions. Key considerations include propulsion systems (fuel cells and hydrogen combustion), cryogenic storage and insulation challenges, infrastructure and cost barriers, and supply‐chain constraints.

Glass-ceramics produced from bone ash containing glasses
A glass ceramic material based on CaO- P2O5-Al2O3-SiO2-B2O3-Li2O-Na2O-MgO-ZrO2 was developed to study its bioactive behaviour. Cano and P2O5 were incorporated in the form of natural animal bone ash. ZrO2 added to glasses composition as a nucleation agent with the amounts of 1, 3, 5 % wt..

Abstract Guaraná (Paullinia cupana) is a fruit native to the Amazon region. Due to its widespread use, primarily in beverages, its production has grown over the years. The seed is the only commercially valuable part of the fruit so the guaraná production chain generates byproducts, including peel, husk, and spent seed.

ABSTRACT Aim Tumor flare reaction (TFR) is characterized by an increase in tumor size during immunotherapy, often resembling disease progression. This study explores the relationship between anti‐tumor drugs and tumor flare reaction (TFR) through the FAERS database to assist clinicians in better patient management.
