Bone-marrow mononuclear cell therapy of severe ischemic heart failure
We describe cell therapy for severe ischemic heart failure using transendocardial injection of autologous bone-marrow-derived mononuclear cells. The treated patients had significantly less heart failure and angina, sustained significant improvement of pumping power, exercise capacity, cardiac muscle irrigation, and blood supply to the body.

THBS1+ Macrophages Exacerbate Modic Changes via SDC4‐Dependent Activation of NLRP3 Inflammasome
The illustration of THBS1+ macrophages exacerbate MCs via SDC4‐dependent activation of the NLRP3 inflammasome. THBS1+ macrophage subpopulation was identified in MCs through single‐cell RNA sequencing. C. acnes and its metabolites activate THBS1 expression in macrophages via the TLR signaling pathway.

Macrophage‐derived MLKL in alcohol‐associated liver disease: Regulation of phagocytosis
EtOH causes leaky gut allowing bacteria and PAMPs into the liver, resulting in hepatic inflammation and injury. We demonstrate that LPS induces STAT1‐mediated expression and phosphorylation of MLKL in macrophages and identify a novel function that myeloid MLKL translocates to phagosomes and lysosomes and regulates phagocytosis, which contributes to the

Slc44a2 Deficiency Unveils an IFN‐I–Dependent Feedback Control of pDC Egress
Working model of SLC44A2‐mediated maintenance of pDC homeostasis. This model illustrates two central mechanisms by which SLC44A2 regulates pDC homeostasis: (1) SLC44A2 limits IFN‐I production by exporting amino acids (T, N, Q), thereby preventing spontaneous pDC activation.

INCREASE OF DRUG RESISTANCE OF ACUTE MYELOID LEUKEMIA CELLS IN MULTICELLULAR AGGREGATES IN VITRO
Background: Therapeutic efficiency in treatment of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) ranges from 20 to 45%. One of the causes of the latter is a drug resistance acquired by leukemic cells under the influence of treatment with antitumor medicines.

Density Gradient Centrifugation Compromises Bone Marrow Mononuclear Cell Yield
Bone marrow mononuclear cells (BMNCs) are widely used in regenerative medicine, but recent data suggests that the isolation of BMNCs by commonly used Ficoll-Paque density gradient centrifugation (DGC) causes significant cell loss and influences graft function.
