Abstract Meniscal allograft transplant (MAT) is gaining popularity for treating meniscus deficiency. Various MAT techniques are described. Bony techniques such as bone plugs and bone slot techniques are considerably more technically challenging but show better reduction of extrusion than all‐soft‐tissue technique.
