An Integrated Derived Boost-Flyback Converter for fuel cell hybrid electric vehicles
2013 1st International Future Energy Electronics Conference (IFEEC), 2013In this paper, An Integrated Derived Boost-Flyback Converter with high voltage gain and reduced switch stress is proposed. It was used by fuel cell for hybrid electric vehicle applications. The proposed topology combines derived boost and flyback converters with a coupling inductor technique, which is able to achieve high voltage gain.

A Single-Stage Single-Switch Soft-Switching (S6) Boost-Flyback PFC Converter
IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics, 2019This paper presents a single-stage single-switch soft-switching (S6) power factor correction (PFC) converter to enhance the current shaping performance and reduce the total harmonic distortion. This improvement is achieved by the aid of an auxiliary winding which is used to lower the input current harmonics and also achieve soft-switching condition. As

Highly efficient and compact Sepic-Boost-Flyback integrated converter with multiple outputs
2016 International Conference on Signal Processing, Communication, Power and Embedded System (SCOPES), 2016This paper proposes a topology of single input multiple-output DC-DC converter by integrating Sepic, Flyback and Boost configuration, whose individual outputs when series connected, results in very high DC-DC conversion ratio. The salient features of the proposed topology are less number of components resulting in a compact structure, less voltage ...

Coexistence of solutions in a boost-flyback converter with current mode control
2017 IEEE 8th Latin American Symposium on Circuits & Systems (LASCAS), 2017In many practical applications power Converters are designed to work in a desired operation point depending on the needs of the appliance. The ability of the system to work in that point is related to a correct dynamic analysis that eventually leads to de design of a proper control strategy.

CCM-DCM Operation of a High Voltage Gain Boost-Flyback Derived Converter
2018 IEEE International Conference on Power Electronics, Drives and Energy Systems (PEDES), 2018This paper presents a modified boost-flyback converter (BFC). Voltage doubler structure (VDS) is added to the coupled inductor secondary to enhance the voltage gain. Moreover, zero ripple boost cell (ZRBC) is incorporated to make the input current ripple free which is a desired feature for weak source renewable energy applications like photovoltaic (PV)

Boost-Flyback Single-Stage PFC Converter with Large DC Bus Voltage Ripple
2009 Twenty-Fourth Annual IEEE Applied Power Electronics Conference and Exposition, 2009The life time of lighting emitting diode (LED) can reach 100,000 hours. Compared to other power supplies, the power supply for LED requires long life time in addition to high efficiency and high power factor. Electrolytic capacitor has the shortest life in switching power supplies.
