Boron Clusters in a Complex Defect in Silicon
We have investigated stability of a new kind of boron clusters in silicon crystal using the first-principles local density functional approach. In the calculation, we used three types of hydrogenterminated silicon clusters; one of these types included ...

Valence bonds in elongated boron clusters [PDF]
A well-defined class of planar or quasi-planar elongated boron clusters, of type B7+3nq-, serves as a basis to identify the valence bond picture of delocalized boron networks. The origin of the series is the B7- cluster, which exhibits sigma-aromaticity.

LLM‐Integrated Human–Robot Interaction System for Microrobots
This paper proposes an LLM‐based control framework for guiding microrobots using human natural language. This framework can convert the natural human speech into safe and executable command sets for reliable navigation in complex environments. The experimental results show high accuracy and robustness in task performance, demonstrating the potential of

Stabilization of Platinum Clusters by Substitutional Boron Dopants in Carbon Supports
To stabilize platinum clusters on carbon supports, carbon substituted boron dopants were introduced in graphite and fullerene models, and the binding energies of Pt1 to Pt6 clusters on the carbon supports were investigated using first-principles density ...

11B nuclear magnetic resonance in boron-doped diamond
This review summarizes recent results obtained by 11B solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) on boron-doped diamond, grown by the high-pressure high-temperature (HPHT) or chemical vapor deposition techniques. Simple single-pulse experiments as well

MODEL OF BORON CLUSTERING IN SILICON
The model of formation and dissolution of neutral boron clusters in silicon has been developed. Numerical calculations showed that the model proposed describes well the experimental data obtained for rapid thermal annealing. Agreement with experiment is observed for clusters incorporating a small number (2-3) of boron atoms.

Pharmaceutical diversity acts as an independent driver of antibiotic resistance in soil invertebrates. While bulk soil remains unaffected, the collembolan gut microbiome exhibits significant resistance gene enrichment under complex chemical exposure and diurnal warming.

This system adopts a biomimetic phospholipid structure, covalently binding iNOS inhibitors, neuroprotective agent PCA and vitamin E derivatives through pH/ROS dual‐responsive bonds, and assembles them with Prussian blue nanozyme to form PBB@AHA. It can efficiently penetrate the blood‐brain barrier and simultaneously release multiple active components ...

Fluorescent BODIPY‐conjugated thiosemicarbazone ligands and their Ga(III), In(III), and Fe(III) complexes, inspired by Triapine, are developed as theranostic agents. Multiphoton FLIM and confocal microscopy in cancer cells and zebrafish reveal real‐time uptake, mitochondrial localisation, and whilst spectroscopic assays indicated preserved complex ...
