3D Digital Light Processing of Redox‐Active Polymers for Electrochemical Applications

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
3D printing of electrochemically switchable conducting polymers is achieved by Digital Light Processing of redox‐active carbazole‐based polymer materials. Complex 2D and 3D architectures including dot arrays and pyramids clearly show the potential for novel 3D switchable electrochemical devices for sensors, electrochromic displays as well as 3D printed

Characteristics of Dredged Bottom Sediments

Journal of the Waterway, Port, Coastal and Ocean Division, 1977
Certain physical and bulk chemical characteristics of bottom sediments that are candidates for dredging are summarized for approx. 50 locations throughout the United States. According to empirical criteria that were used for the past several years, most of these sediments would be termed polluted. Based on the results of a bivariate regression analysis

Analysis of Ocean Bottom Sediments

Offshore Technology Conference, 1971
INTRODUCTION The Civil Engineering Dept. of the U. of British Columbia was requested by Lockheed Offshore Petroleum Services Ltd. to perform laboratory tests on ocean bottom sediments taken from a depth of 1, 200 it in the Strait of Georgia, British Columbia.

BOTTOM SEDIMENTS AND NEAR-BOTTOM CURRENTS IN THE SOUTHWESTERN ATLANTIC

Геология и геофизика, 2015
Abstract On the basis of the author’s data on the composition of sediments and seismic cross sections, together with literature data, the bottom topography was described and the main structural features of the top 10–100 m thick sedimentary sequence in the Southwestern Atlantic (Brazil Basin) were identified.

Hydraulic potential in Lake Michigan bottom sediments

Journal of Hydrology, 1979
Abstract The magnitude and direction of groundwater flux in the bottom sediments of Lake Michigan were deduced from measurements made during three shipboard cruises between 1973 and 1975. These factors affect the geochemical environment of the sediments and therefore the distribution of trace elements reported to be present.

Element cycling in bottom sediments

Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society of London. Series A, Mathematical and Physical Sciences, 1985
Significant cycling of trace elements can occur during early diagenesis of oceanic sediments. For some elements this leads to a benthic flux at the water—sediment interface which influences their distributions in the water column. In other cases, redistribution occurs within the sediment column, leading to metal-enriched horizons within sediments ...

Bottom Sediments of Georges Bank

SEPM Journal of Sedimentary Research, 1961
ABSTRACT A survey of Georges Bank bottom sediments was undertaken to provide basic data for use in studying the relationships between substrate composition and the occurrence of benthic animals, especially those which are common foods of fishes. Particle side composition is the principal sediment character that was studied.
