Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

New Upper Bounds in the Second Kershaw's Double Inequality and its Generalizations
In the paper, new upper bounds in the second Kershaw’s double inequality and its generalizations involving the gamma, psi and polygamma functions are established, some known results are ...

Gain Bounds for Multiple Model Switched Adaptive Control of General MIMO LTI Systems
For the class of MIMO minimal LTI systems controlled by an estimation based multiple model switched adaptive controller (EMMSAC), bounds are obtained for the closed loop lp gain, 1 ? p ?

Bounded Input Bounded Predefined Control Bounded Output
The paper is an attempt to generalize a methodology, which is similar to the bounded-input bounded-output method currently widely used for the system stability studies. The presented earlier methodology allows decomposition of input space into bounded subspaces and defining for each subspace its bounding surface.

Loss of the miR‐214/199a cluster is associated with recurrence in ovarian cancer. Engineered small extracellular vesicles (m214‐sEVs) elevate miR‐214‐3p/miR‐199a‐5p in tumor cells, suppress β‐catenin, TLR4, and YKT6 signaling, reprogram tumor‐derived sEV cargo, reduce chemoresistance and migration, and enhance carboplatin efficacy and survival in ...

Keratin 19 (KRT19) is overexpressed in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer with high levels of Kallikrein‐related peptidases (KLK) 4–7 and is associated with poor survival. In vivo analyses demonstrate that elevated KRT19 increases peritoneal tumour burden.

About bounds for the elliptic integral of the first kind
We deduce an inequality using elementary methods which makes it possible to prove a conjecture regarding the upper bound of the elliptic integral of the first kind, furthermore we also improve the lower bound.

Generalized Marcinkiewicz Integral Operators Along Certain Surfaces
In this article, a class of rough generalized Marcinkiewicz operators is considered. Under the condition that the singular kernel belongs to the space Lq(Sn−1), the boundedness of these operators is confirmed from the space of homogeneous Triebel ...

Somatic mutational landscape in von Hippel–Lindau familial hemangioblastoma
The causes of central nervous system (CNS) hemangioblastoma in Von Hippel–Lindau (vHL) disease are unclear. We used Whole Exome Sequencing (WES) on familial hemangioblastoma to investigate events that underlie tumor development. Our findings suggest that VHL loss creates a permissive environment for tumor formation, while additional alterations ...
