Temporal regulation of bovine coronavirus RNA synthesis
The structure and synthesis of bovine coronavirus (BCV)-specific intracellular RNA were studied. A genome-size RNA and seven subgenomic RNAs with molecular weights of approximately 3.3 X 10(6), 3.1 X 10(6), 2.6 X 10(6), 1.1 X 10(6), 1.0 X 10(6), 0.8 X 10(6) and 0.6 X 10(6) were detected.

This review systematically summarizes the evolution of molecularly imprinted polymer electrochemical sensors from bulk structures to advanced nano‐imprinted architectures. It decouples the complex matrix effects of clinical biofluids and evaluates interfacial engineering strategies for anti‐biofouling.

Plaque Assay for Titration of Bovine Enteric Coronavirus
The plaquing ability of two isolates of bovine enteric coronavirus (BECV) was studied in HRT18 (human rectal adenocarcinoma) cell monolayers. Both isolates were able to induce plaque formation within 2 to 3 days; plaques appeared as round opalescent areas which remained colourless after neutral red or crystal violet staining.

The coronavirus nucleocapsid protein (N) encapsidates the genomic RNA to form a helical nucleocapsid. The requirements for coronavirus nucleocapsid assembly are being studied. Two forms (approximately 50 kDa and 55 kDa) of the bovine coronavirus (BCV) N protein were detected in infected cells.
