This work introduces a study that identifies HMGCR as a novel target in TNBC and develops a light‐gated PROTAC nanomedicine. Upon irradiation, this agent selectively degrades HMGCR, reprogramming lipid metabolism to induce ferroptosis and potent antitumor immunity, thereby significantly enhancing photoimmunotherapy efficacy.

This study demonstrates that somatic PIK3CA mutations suppress PPT1 expression via activation of the PI3K–AKT–c‐JUN axis. This reduction in PPT1 weakens its interaction with P300, thereby increasing palmitoylation at C1176 of P300 and protecting P300 from lysosomal degradation.

Conformational Studies on a Glycosylated Bovine Pancreatic Ribonuclease
Abstract Various spectral properties (circular dichroism, optical rotatory dispersion, and ultraviolet denaturation difference spectroscopy) of a glycosylated bovine pancreatic ribonuclease (RNase B') have been measured. This glycoprotein contains an average of 1 mole of glucosamine and 2 to 3 moles of mannose per mole of protein.

Transcriptome sequencing was performed on tumor tissues from triptolide‐treated tumor‐bearing mice. The sequencing results were integrated with data from public databases for comprehensive analysis, and potential regulatory targets of triptolide were identified.
