Dysregulation of the KLF9/TXNRD2 Axis Leads to Mitochondrial DNA Oxidation and NLRP3 Inflammasome Activation in Ulcerative Colitis

In ulcerative colitis, the transcription factor KLF9 is abnormally overexpressed and inhibits TXNRD2 transcription. As a key mitochondrial antioxidant enzyme, the loss of TXNRD2 leads to disruption of mitochondrial redox homeostasis, resulting in excessive accumulation of mtROS and mitochondrial DNA damage.

Estimating the Economic Impact of Neonatal Calf Diarrhea Agents With Decision Tree Analysis and the Monte Carlo Simulation Model
