TNEA Regulates Hippocampal Oscillation by Improving Inhibitory Synaptic Plasticity to Ameliorates Cognitive Impairment in Alzheimer's Disease

TNEA improves cognition in 5xFAD mice by modulating parvalbumin‐positive interneurons in hippocampal CA1. TNEA enhances gamma oscillations during rest and theta power during novel object recognition, restoring excitation/inhibition balance. These findings support TNEA as a minimally invasive therapy for Alzheimer's disease.

Breast milk jaundice (BMJ) is the most common etiology of prolonged unconjugated hyperbilirubinemia in a newborn infant. The pathogenesis of BMJ has been studied by many investigators, yet the etiology still remains uncertain. A prospective study was done to examine the role of breast milk beta-glucuronidase in BMJ in healthy full-term Chinese newborns.

WDR5‐H3K4me3 Epigenetic Axis Promotes TRMT6‐Dependent tRNA M1A Modification to Facilitate Triple‐Negative Breast Cancer Progression by Suppressing Ferroptosis

Upregulated TRMT6 forms aberrant hypermethylation of a specific tRNA pool and serves as a predictor of poor prognosis in TNBC. This m1A modification in tRNAs enhances translation of FTH1 and FTL, reducing the pool of bioavailable Fe2⁺. Reduced Fe2+ availability impairs RSL3‐induced lipid peroxidation and tumor progression.
