BRUCELLA ABORTUS INFECTION IN A WOMAN

JAMA: The Journal of the American Medical Association, 1927
A number of cases of undulant fever due to B. abortus infection have been reported in the United States. The majority of these have been in males. In the cases of women, no mention has been made of conditions referable to the genital tract, although the bloody uterine discharge is common in cattle having this disease.
