Bucket foundation model testing under tensile axial loading [PDF]
The present study focusses on bucket foundation behaviour under long-term cyclic loading. The paper analyses testing results of a bucket foundation model exposed to cyclic tensile loading. The model, with dimensions of 1 m in diameter and 0.5 m in skirt length, was, installed in dense water-saturated sand.

Abstract Teleocichla comprises small cichlids that inhabit the rapid streams of Amazonian rivers; however, there has been limited research on their encephalon morphology. This study examined the neuroanatomy of four species, focusing on volumetric measurements of their encephalon subregions, and providing a histological description of the encephalon of

Undrained uplift bearing capacity of suction bucket foundations under inclined loads
Aiming at the problem that the suction force of the suction bucket affects its bearing characteristics during the working process, the suction bucket is required to bear the uplift force of floating structures.

Abstract Despite the distinctly different shapes of their tongues, the tongue gross anatomy of Saimaa ringed seal closely resembled that of Baltic ringed seal. There were no differences in the extrinsic and intrinsic tongue muscles or their associated vascularization and innervation between Saimaa and Baltic ringed seals.

Abstract This study describes the process of developing a high‐impact, low‐cost, and low‐maintenance air ventilation system for anatomy facilities. It employed the strategic application of Value Engineering (VE), assuring that the air ventilation system meets contemporary threshold limit values (TLVs) for formaldehyde in the working zone of dissection ...
