[[abstract]]本研究以2005年台灣股票上市櫃公司為研究對象,利用結構方程模型,探討國內企業文化、預算參與、預算控制與經營績效間的關係。本研究並以財務部門主管為問卷調查對象,共發出1177份問卷,回收有效問卷345份,回收率為29.31%。 研究發現31-40歲的財務主管較41-50歲的主管有較高的預算參與和預算控制程度,公司年營業收入較小者有較佳的經營績效。企業文化對預算參與有正向影響,預算參與對預算控制、預算控制對經營績效與企業文化對經營績效皆有部份正向影響。此外 ...
