Additively Manufactured Porous Ceramics as Tunable Dielectrics for Passive Temperature Sensing
Porous ceramic lattices, 3D‐printed from a multicomponent oxide ink, are integrated with LC resonators for passive wireless temperature sensing. By tuning porosity, the dielectric properties and RF response are engineered to produce distinct resonant frequency shifts with temperature. The results establish a structure‐driven approach to customizing the

The Timing, Intensity, and Composition of Interest Group Lobbying: An Analysis of Structural Policy Windows in the States [PDF]
This is the first paper to statistically examine the timing of interest group lobbying. It introduces a theoretical framework based on recurring structural policy windows' and argues that these types of windows should have a large effect on the intensity

Optoelectronically Active GaAs/GeSn‐MQW/Ge Heterojunctions Created via Semiconductor Grafting
Semiconductor Grafting enables a lattice‐mismatched GaAs/GeSn‐MQW/Ge heterojunction with engineered band offsets and optical field distribution. The enlarged conduction and valence band discontinuities govern asymmetric carrier transport, producing bias‐dependent dual‐mode photodetection from visible to near‐infrared wavelengths.

This work presents a state‐adaptive Koopman linear quadratic regulator framework for real‐time manipulation of a deformable swab tool in robotic environmental sampling. By combining Koopman linearization, tactile sensing, and centroid‐based force regulation, the system maintains stable contact forces and high coverage across flat and inclined surfaces.

Budget, Budgeting and Budgetary Control
Budget, budgeting and budgetary control are managerial tools for controlling economic transactions and other resources within an organisation. Basically, these terms were used by a government or a governing body for a nation’s financial planning. Similarly, these concepts- were used by monarchs and rulers of different countries in past for their ...
