Loss of IGF‐1R impairs DNA‐PKcs recruitment to chromatin leading to defective end‐joining

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
IGF‐1R promotes radioresistance by facilitating DNA‐PKcs recruitment to chromatin, enabling non‐homologous end‐joining (NHEJ) repair of double‐strand breaks. Inhibition or loss of IGF‐1R disrupts this recruitment to damage sites, driving compensatory reliance on microhomology‐mediated end‐joining (MMEJ) repair.

Turbulent fluctuations above the buffer layer of wall-bounded flows [PDF]

open access: yes, 2008
The behaviour of the velocity and pressure fluctuations in the logarithmic and outer layers of turbulent flows is analysed using spectral information and probability density functions from channel simulations at Reτ _2000.

Flow Enabled Target Capture Halbach‐based magnetic enrichment increases circulating tumor cell capture from blood in metastatic cancer patients

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Pair‐wise comparison of the CellSearch and FETCH enrichment technologies for circulating tumor cells (CTCs) from metastatic breast, prostate, and small cell lung cancer patients shows an increased capture of CTCs using FETCH enrichment. The clinical implementation of circulating tumor cells (CTCs) as a predictive tool for therapy efficacy in the ...

Interdiffusion of Zinc-Stannate Buffer Layer and Cadmium Sulfide Heterojunction and Its Correlation with CdCl2 Treatment

open access: yesمجلة علوم ذي قار, 2019
In this paper, a highly transparent and conductive Zinc Stannate (Zn2SnO4) buffer layer is integrated between the transparent conductive oxide (TCO) layer and the Cadmium Sulfide (CdS) window layer to improve the optical properties of (TCO\Zn2SnO4\CdS ...

Design and investigation of a dual source and U-shaped gate TFET with n buffer and SiGe pocket

open access: yesAIP Advances, 2020
In this paper, we propose and simulate a novel structure of a double source and U-shaped gate tunnel field effect transistor (DS-UTFET) with an n buffer layer and n+ SiGe pocket.

Buffer overflow támadások bemutatása, sérülékeny rendszerek készítése

open access: yes, 2023

USP29‐regulated noncanonical stabilization of the hypoxia‐inducible factor‐α in aggressive prostate cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
We identify USP29 as the only DUB mirroring CA9 expression, a marker of hypoxia and HIF pathway activation associated with PCA aggressiveness. USP29 stabilizes HIF‐1α and HIF‐2α via a noncanonical mechanism that is independent of PHD/pVHL activity yet relies on proteasomal regulation, establishing USP29 as a previously unrecognized regulator of hypoxic

Atomic Layer Grown Zinc–Tin Oxide as an Alternative Buffer Layer for $Cu_2ZnSnS_4$ -Based Thin Film Solar Cells: Influence of Absorber Surface Treatment on Buffer Layer Growth

open access: yes, 2022
Zn$_{1–x}$Sn$_x$Oy (ZTO) deposited by atomic layer deposition has shown promising results as a buffer layer material for kesterite Cu$_2$ZnSnS$_4$ (CZTS) thin film solar cells.
