EMI susceptibility in bulk-driven Miller opamp
A simple bulk-driven Miller amplifier is proposed. Along with the main operational amplifier (opamp) characteristics, the EMI susceptibility has also been investigated. The common nonlinearity problem of bulk-driven opamp architectures has been investigated and solved. The solution reduces also the EMI susceptibility.

Molecular Dynamics Study of Bulk Properties of Polycrystalline NiTi
Molecular dynamics (MD) simulations were carried out to study the bulk polycrystalline properties of NiTi. Thermally driven phase transitions of NiTi between martensite and austenitewere simulated using single crystalline simulation domains.

An Ultra-Low-Voltage Transconductance Stable and Enhanced OTA for ECG Signal Processing
In this paper, a rail-to-rail transconductance stable and enhanced ultra-low-voltage operational transconductance amplifier (OTA) is proposed for electrocardiogram (ECG) signal processing. The variation regularity of the bulk transconductance of pMOS and

Avalanche Behavior in an Absorbing State Oslo Model
Self-organized criticality can be translated into the language of absorbing state phase transitions. Most models for which this analogy is established have been investigated for their absorbing state characteristics.

Thermoelectric transport in temperature-driven two-dimensional topological insulators
We theoretically investigate on the thermoelectric (TE) transport properties of edge and bulk states in a temperature-driven two-dimensional (2D) topological insulator (TI) realized from CdTe/HgTe/CdTe quantum wells (QWs).
