His bundle pacing. Technical aspects and evidence base for use as an alternative to cardiac resynchronization therapy and conventional electrical pacing

open access: yesРоссийский кардиологический журнал
His bundle pacing is a direct pacing of the specialized His-Purkinje conduction system with the aim of physiological ventricular activation, in contrast to the dyssynchronous activation by conventional myocardial pacing. In this review article on His ...

Trade-off between elimination of premature ventricular complexes and loss of synchronized left ventricular pacing improved cardiac function in a patient with heart failure

open access: yesIndian Pacing and Electrophysiology Journal, 2016
Synchronized left ventricular pacing (sLVP) via adaptive cardiac resynchronization therapy (aCRT) algorithm might enhance the efficacy of CRT. A 71-year-old female was admitted with the diagnosis of heart failure.

Output‐dependent His bundle pacing: Unexpected His‐Purkinje system pathology unmasking

open access: yesAnnals of Noninvasive Electrocardiology
The anatomy of the His‐Purkinje system has been studied, yet there remains a knowledge gap regarding the impact of His bundle pacing and its electrocardiographic implications.

Poisson modules and generalized geometry [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2009
The Serre construction of rank two holomorphic bundles with a section is adapted to construct generalized holomorphic bundles on a generalized complex 4-manifold from the data of a set of points on an elliptic curve. The motivation is the special case of rank two Poisson modules on a complex surface with a holomorphic Poisson structure.

Frobenius morphism and vector bundles on cycles of projective lines [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2010
In this paper we describe the action of the Frobenius morphism on the indecomposable vector bundles on cycles of projective lines. This gives an answer on a question of Paul Monsky, which appeared in his study of the Hilbert--Kunz theory for plane cubic curves.

Fibrés vectoriels de rang deux sur $¶^2$ provenant d'un revêtement double [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2008
Since Schwarzenberger and his celebrated paper called "Vector bundles on the projective plane" we know that any rank two vector bundle on $\P^2$ is a direct image of a line bundle on a double covering of the plane. This theorem suggests to study the rank two vector bundles according to the branch curve of the covering which they come from. Thus, in the

A remark on the decomposition theorem for direct images of canonical sheaves tensorized with semipositive vector bundles [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2015
The purpose of this short note is to give a remark on the decomposition theorem for direct images of canonical sheaves tensorized with Nakano semipositive vector bundles. Although our result is a direct consequence of Takegoshi's work, it was not stated explicitly in his article. Here we give the precise statement and the proof.

Comparison of Left Ventricular Function after His Bundle Pacing vs Left Bundle Branch Area Pacing Implantation

open access: yesMajalah Kardiologi Indonesia
Background: Right ventricular pacing may lead to deterioration of left ventricular (LV) function. Recent guideline suggests the use of conduction system pacing (CSP) with either his bundle pacing (HBP) or left bundle branch area pacing (LBBAP).

Stochastic poisson equations associated to lie algebroids and some refinements of a principal bundle [PDF]

open access: yesAnalele Universitatii de Vest din Timisoara. Seria Matematica-Informatica. Special issue dedicated to Professor doctor docent Dan I. Papuc at his 80th anniversary, 2010, 2010
The aim of this paper is to present the stochastic Poisson equations associated to Lie algebroids. The stochastic Poisson equations associated to a refinement of a concrete principal bundle are determined.
