Degradation mechanism of the von Willebrand factor A2 domain by nattokinase
Nattokinase, a natto‐derived protease, exhibits potent antithrombotic effects. This study demonstrates that nattokinase directly cleaves the von Willebrand factor (vWF) A2 domain in vitro. Unlike the native regulator ADAMTS13, nattokinase degrades folded vWF independently of shear stress.

Nanosecond infrared laser (NIRL) low‐volume sampling combined with shotgun lipidomics uncovers distinct lipidome alterations in oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma (OPSCC) of the palatine tonsil. Several lipid species consistently differentiate tumor from healthy tissue, highlighting their potential as diagnostic markers.

Single circulating tumor cells (sCTCs) from high‐grade serous ovarian cancer patients were enriched, imaged, and genomically profiled using WGA and NGS at different time points during treatment. sCTCs revealed enrichment of alterations in Chromosomes 2, 7, and 12 as well as persistent or emerging oncogenic CNAs, supporting sCTC identity.

“Frozen” Pazyryk Burial Without Grave Goods on the Ukok Plateau
The burial of a woman in mound No. 2 at the Verkh-Kaldzhin 2 Pazyryk burial ground was studied by V.I. Molodin in 1995. It had not been disturbed by robbers and was in the ice lens at the time of the excavations. However, unlike two other burials from mounds No. 1 and 3, little is known about it.
