Artificial Inclusion Bodies for Clinical Development

Functional microscale protein granules can be obtained by simple physicochemical methods. These materials successfully mimic appealing properties of bacterial inclusion bodies, including amyloidal architecture, biological activity, and the release functional protein in vitro and in vivo.
