Cdc45 Is a Critical Effector of Myc-Dependent DNA Replication Stress
c-Myc oncogenic activity is thought to be mediated in part by its ability to generate DNA replication stress and subsequent genomic instability when deregulated.

Anti-c-myc efficacy block EGFL7 induced prolactinoma tumorigenesis
Resistance to Dopamine agonists therapy is still a key factor that hinders the clinical treatment of prolactinoma. Consequently, a large number of investigations have been carried out to identify novel therapeutic targets.

The role of c-Myc-RBM38 loop in the growth suppression in breast cancer
Background RNA-binding protein 38 (RBM38) is a member of the RNA recognition motif (RRM) family of RNA-binding proteins (RBPs). RBM38 often exerts its function by forming regulatory loops with relevant genes.

Differentiation-Inducing Factor-1 Suppresses the Expression of c-Myc in the Human Cancer Cell Lines
Differentiation-inducing factor-1 (DIF-1), a morphogen for Dictyostelium discoideum, inhibits the proliferation of human cancer cell lines by suppressing the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway.

c-Myc activates
Background The BRCA1 gene plays an important role in the maintenance of genomic stability. BRCA1 inactivation contributes to breast cancer tumorigenesis. An increasing number of transcription factors have been shown to regulate BRCA1 expression.

USP43 stabilizes c-Myc to promote glycolysis and metastasis in bladder cancer
A hallmark of tumor cells, including bladder cancer (BLCA) cells, is metabolic reprogramming toward aerobic glycolysis (Warburg effect). The classical oncogene MYC, which is crucial in regulating glycolysis, is amplified and activated in BLCA.

C-myc Expression in the Microvessels of Medulloblastoma
The increased expression of c-myc is related to neoplastic transformation and angiogenesis. Therefore, the assessment of expression of c-myc in endothelial cells and neovascularization could help to determine the biological behavior of the tumor. We analyzed neovascularization and c-myc expression in 36 medulloblastoma specimens. The results were shown

The mechanism of c-Myc expression regulated by T cell protein p80
Our experimental data indicate that overexpression of p80 in p80 null T cell leukemia cells significantly down regulates c-Myc oncoprotein and blocks cell cycle progression from G1 to S phase.
