The Bureaucratic Paradox of Citizen Agency: Institutional Crowding‐Out in Government‐Catalyzed Co‐Production in Shanghai, China

open access: yesGovernance, Volume 39, Issue 4, October 2026.
ABSTRACT Public service co‐production is often framed as a means of creating public value, yet its dynamics are complex when citizen‐led participation is catalyzed by strong public institutions. This mixed‐methods study examines government‐catalyzed, citizen‐centric co‐production in Shanghai, China, where the state provides institutional support ...

Atacamycins A–C, 22-membered antitumor macrolactones produced by Streptomyces sp. C38 [PDF]

open access: yesThe Journal of Antibiotics, 2011
Three new 22-membered macrolactone antibiotics, atacamycins A-C, were produced by Streptomyces sp. C38, a strain isolated from a hyper-arid soil collected from the Atacama Desert in the north of Chile. The metabolites were discovered in our HPLC-diode array screening and isolated from the mycelium by extraction and chromatographic purification steps ...

Dinuclear Copper(I) Complexes Featuring Metal–Metal Interactions and a μ2‐Bridging Phosphane With Additional Olefinic Binding Sites

open access: yesChemistry – A European Journal, Volume 32, Issue 27, 17 July 2026.
A Cu2P triangle captured in a tetrapodal phosphane tris(olefin) ligand, where all binding forces are weak apart from the Cu─P interaction. ABSTRACT The molecule Ptrop3 contains in each trop unit (trop = dibenzo[a,d]cyclohepten‐5‐yl) a rigid central seven‐membered ring with an olefinic binding site making Ptrop3 potentially a tetradentate ligand ...

Clustering Poland Among Eu Countries in Terms of a Sustainable Development Level in the Light of Various Cluster Stability Measures

open access: yesFolia Oeconomica Stetinensia, 2020
Research background: Recently in the context of taxonomy methods a lot of attention has been paid to the issue of stability of these methods, i.e. the answer to the question: do the groups that were created as a result of clustering really occur (the ...

Pressure‐Dependent Aromatic Ring Flips Reveal Variable Transition‐State Volume and Compressibility Among Structural Regions of BPTI

open access: yesChemBioChem, Volume 27, Issue 13, 14 July 2026.
Pressure‐dependent NMR studies of ring flip dynamics reveal an inverse relationship between the activation energy and the activation volume, as well as the isothermal compressibility of the transition state. The results show how side‐chain packing density in the ground and transition states might affect protein dynamics.

Time Series Modelling of Temperature Distributions in Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cells

open access: yesAdvanced Sustainable Systems, Volume 10, Issue 7, July 2026.
A long short‐term memory framework is developed for predictive thermal monitoring of proton exchange membrane fuel cells using operating conditions and current distribution data. The model accurately predicts spatial temperature distributions with limited training data, enabling computationally efficient diagnostics and hotspot identification for ...
