The Clinical Application Value of RDW, CA153, and MPV in Breast Cancer
Clinical Laboratory, 2021Early detection of tumors is beneficial to the treatment of patients. Certain indicators in the blood routine, such as red blood cell distribution width (RDW), are considered to be used to assess the patient's condition and prognosis. Mean platelet volume (MPV) is also used to assess the prognosis of patients.

Clinical significance of serum miR-21, CA153 and CEA in breast cancer
Journal of Clinical and Medical Images, Case Reports, 2023One of the essential regulators of carcinogenesis is MicroRNA-21 (miR-21). Yet little light has been shed on its effectiveness as a tumor marker compared to the conventional ones. Comparing the diagnostic value of established tumor markers in breast cancer (BC) such as carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) and CA153 with circulating level of miR-21 is the aim

Herein, a novel dual-channel electrochemical immunosensor was fabricated via vertical growth of AuPt-decorated boron-doped graphene (AuPt-BG) nanosheets as a signal amplification platform to detect cancer antigen 153 (CA153). Highly open, porous AuPt-BG films were synthesized using one-step electron-assisted hot-filament chemical vapor deposition.

Serum CA153 as biomarker for cancer and noncancer diseases
Progress in Molecular Biology and Translational Science, 2019CA153 was originally discovered as a tumor antigen recognized by two monoclonal antibodies DF3 and 115D8 simultaneously. Subsequent studies showed that DF3 recognizes the core protein of mucin1 (MUC1 or CD227) whereas 115D8 recognizes part of the glycan chains on MUC1.

A sandwich electrochemiluminescence immunoassay based on 1T-MoS2@dual MOFs for detecting CA153
Talanta, 2023A "signal-on" electrochemiluminescence (ECL) immunosensor has been proposed for detecting carbohydrate antigen 153 (CA153) based on the dual MOFs sandwich strategy. The conductive and porous substrate consisting of 1T-MoS2 and two-dimensional conductive metal-organic framework (MOF, Ni-HAB) was anchored onto the glassy carbon electrode (GCE) to label ...

Objective: To explore the diagnostic value of serum tumor markers CEA, AFP, CA199, CA125, CA153, CYFRA21, CA724, and NSE in invasive breast cancer. Methods: A total of 314 patients with invasive breast cancer from Baoding First Central Hospital between January 2021 and December 2022, and 31 patients with benign breast diseases (including mastitis ...

In our work, low potential and sensitive electrochemiluminescence (ECL) detection for CA153 on MCF-7 cell surface was firstly achieved based on a microfluidic paper-based analytical device. Au nanoflowers were grown in paper working electrode (PWE) to construct the ECL platform for primary antibodies immobilizing. After MCF-7 cells were captured in the
