Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2022 目的 探讨GPC3联合AFP、CEA、CA199对肝细胞癌诊断的临床应用价值。方法 采集实验者外周血,离心分离血清,免疫化学发光法检测血清中AFP、CEA及CA199的水平;ELISA法检测血清中GPC3的水平。统计分析各组实验者血清标志物和GPC3的差异,计算联合检测的诊断效率。结果 肝细胞癌患者血清中GPC3、AFP、CEA及CA199的表达水平高于疾病对照组和健康对照组。血清GPC3、AFP、CEA及CA199联合检测的灵敏度、特异度及准确度均高于各项指标的单项检测。结论 ...
