Proteomic and Transcriptomic Signatures of Poor Asthma Symptom Control in the U‐BIOPRED Cohort
Allergy, EarlyView.No stable features were identified as associated with asthma symptom control in transcriptomics or sputum proteomics. Allergy, EarlyView.In this study, we demonstrate that MAIT cell antagonism during sensitization and challenge with HDM worsens the development of airway hyperreactivity without effects on type 2 or 17 associated cytokine production or lung inflammation.
