Subepidermal calcified nodule.

Subepidermal calcified noduleの1例を報告した。患者は11歳女子で, 初診の約3ヵ月前に, 右上眼瞼内側部に自覚症状を欠く丘疹があるのに気付いた。肉眼的に, 皮疹は直径4mm, 表面灰白色で頂上部が疣状の小結節であつた。病理組織学的に, 表皮直下に好塩基性を呈する不規則な塊状物および顆粒状の物質が認められ, これらはコッサ染色にて陽性を示した。さらに, 石灰沈着部では, 弾性線維は認められず, 弾性線維の変性, 崩壊がカルシウムの沈着に関与しているものと思われた。
