Abstract Dissociated zircon is largely used as a robust indicator of glasses generated by impact cratering and airbursts. The reaction of zircon dissociation, i.e. ‘ZrSiO4 → ZrO2 + SiO2’, requires high temperatures (>1670°C) only reached by extreme geological processes. Using high‐temperature experiments, this study shows that zircon can dissociate and

One‐Pot Microwave‐Assisted Olefin Hydroaminomethylation Over Bifunctional Heterogeneous Rh Catalysts
Heterogeneous lab‐made Rh/CNFs gave yield >99% in the one‐pot MW‐assisted hydroaminomethylation of olefins to amines, using EtOAc as the solvent, due to the synergy between metal and acid surface sites. Acetic acid addition promoted both conversion and selectivity during the rate‐determining hydroformylation step.

Rivalry as a Contextual Factor of Gender Inequality in Network Returns
Abstract Linking research on networks, rivalry, and gender, we develop a contextual approach to gender‐based differences in network returns. Our principal contribution is in articulating the role of rivalry – a personalized and relational form of competition – in influencing the cognitive activation and behavioural mobilization of social networks ...

Grape Stalks Valorization towards Circular Economy: A Cascade Biorefinery Strategy
A cascade protocol for grape stalks valorization has been proposed, characterized by a multidisciplinary strategy using unconventional techniques and subcritical water as a green solvent, where physical/chemical treatments synergistically interact with biological treatments to obtain added value products from all the biomass components.

ABSTRACT The lack of soil data is a complication that most soil scientists will encounter throughout their career; this critical aspect is exacerbated due to the excessive cost of soil surveying. Consequently, it is essential to develop strategies that guarantee the permanent accessibility of past soil sampling efforts.

Assessing the regional impacts of a multi‐hosting mega sport event: The case of EURO 2020 in Rome
Abstract UEFA EURO 2020 is the first multi‐hosting mega‐event developed on the entire continent. Often, mega‐events concentrated in one place have turned out to have a modest, or adverse, economic impact due to high costs. Therefore, the ex‐post assessment of the local impact of the four matches played in Rome as a mega‐event is an interesting case ...
