The American Journal of Emergency Medicine, 1995A case of diltiazem overdose with significant hemodynamic compromise is presented. Multiple therapeutic modalities were attempted with limited results. Control was finally achieved with a combination of norepinephrine, dobutamine, and cardiac pacing.
