Porcine Deltacoronavirus M Protein Binds NLRP3 to Promote Inflammasome Assembly via Competition with TRIM31

Porcine deltacoronavirus (PDCoV) infection induces severe intestinal inflammation and acute diarrhea in piglets, yet the molecular mechanism remains incompletely understood. The M protein activates NLRP3 inflammasome through dual mechanisms: direct binding to the NLRP3 LRR domain and disruption of TRIM31‐mediated K48‐linked ubiquitination.

An Aggregation‐Induced Polymerization Poly(Disulfide)‐Drug Nanoplatform for Autoimmune Uveitis Therapy via Inhibiting the cGAS‐STING Pathway

A cationic poly(disulfide)‐drug nanoplatform (LA/DexP) was developed to treat experimental autoimmune uveitis (EAU). With potent blood‐retinal barrier penetrability, LA/DexP releases DSP in response to high ROS and scavenges cfDNA to inhibit the cGAS‐STING signaling pathway.

Summary The influence of various components of milk-type diets on consistency of feces has been evaluated. Calves were fed modified milk (whole or skimmilk) diets to determine the effects of fat, lactose, minerals, and curd formation, individually and in all possible combinations. The presence of milk fat (3%) reduced diarrhea.
