Shadow‐Calibrated Stereo Vision for Colorimetric Sweat Analysis
Advanced Science, EarlyView.By establishing a mathematical model that reconstructs 3D structures through geometric features of object shadows under controlled illumination, and combining it with Convolutional Neural Network‐based 2D image analysis for volumetric calibration, this work enables highly accurate 3D morphological reconstruction.

Palmitic Acid Promotes Antiviral Innate Immunity via ZDHHC20‐Mediated CMPK2 Palmitoylation
Advanced Science, EarlyView.Metabolites have important functions in innate immune activation and regulation. Wang et al. uncover metabolic regulation of antiviral immunity through CMPK2 palmitoylation, which regulates CMPK2 mitochondrial localization and is promoted by ZDHHC20 but reversed by PPT1, inhibition of which antagonizes viral infection in mice.

Enhanced Intracellular Stability and Translation Efficiency of mRNA Drugs by a 2‐arm mRNA Platform
Advanced Science, EarlyView.We constructed a 2‐arm mRNA, characterized by a unique topology formed through the dimerization of two mRNA 3’ tails. The 2‐arm mRNA improves 3’ tail stability and resistance to nuclease degradation, resulting in an intracellular half‐life of up to 65 h. This method substantially enhances the translation capacity of mRNA drugs.
