Como no hay aeropuerto en esta ciudad, a raiz de su accidentada topografia, bajamos a las 21:10 en Juliaca, ciudad vecina de 200.000 habitantes y desde ahi, en una van, en una hora de viaje, llegamos finalmente a la sede del Departamento de Puno.
