Recent Advances in Cancer Vaccines: Challenges, Achievements, and Futuristic Prospects
Cancer is a chronic disease, and it can be lethal due to limited therapeutic options. The conventional treatment options for cancer have numerous challenges, such as a low blood circulation time as well as poor solubility of anticancer drugs. Therapeutic

Oral WT1‐targeted Bifidobacterium longum vaccine promotes WT1‐associated cellular immunity and enhances anti‐PD‐1/anti‐CTLA‐4 efficacy in pancreatic cancer. ABSTRACT Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) remains largely unresponsive to immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICI) due to its profoundly immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment.

Engineering Microbial Particles for Next‐Generation Biomedical Platforms
Microbe‐derived particles (MDPs), which include extracellular vesicles, outer membrane vesicles, inclusion bodies, polysaccharide particles, and virus‐like particles, represent a rapidly expanding category of bioinspired nanomaterials. With their natural origin, intrinsic biocompatibility, and highly programmable functionality, MDPs serve as a ...

Upon JEV infection, ZNF33B recruits METTL14 to stabilize the METTL3‐METTL14 m6A methyltransferase complex, leading to increased m6A modification of host transcripts, including Trim25 mRNA. ZNF33B selectively binds m6A‐modified sites on Trim25 mRNA and accelerates its decay, resulting in reduced TRIM25 protein abundance.

Cancer Trends: Breast cancer 1994-2016
There were 62,052 cases of newly diagnosed invasive or in situ breast tumours registered in Ireland by the National Cancer Registry for the period 1994–2016, of which 56,366 were invasive (ICD10: C50) and 5,686 were carcinoma in situ (ICD10: D05 ...

Cancer vaccines face limitations in pancreatic cancer due to insufficient tumor antigens. This ionic liquid ILvax via local tumor delivery triggers robust cDC1‐dependent systemic anti‐tumor immunity. It boosts endogenous CD8+ T cells and optimizes adoptive TCR‐T function, providing a promising synergistic therapeutic strategy.
