Advanced Science, EarlyView.Leveraging 3D bioprinting, this study establishes patient‐derived in vitro models of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma. These models faithfully recapitulate the histopathology, molecular profiles, and genomic characteristics of the original patient tumors.
