Dislocation of capsular bag with intraocular lens and capsular tension ring
We report a case in which the capsular bag with an intraocular lens (IOL) and a capsular tension ring (CTR) dislocated into the vitreous. The dislocated foldable posterior chamber IOL and CTR were removed with a pars plana vitrectomy and exchanged with a scleral-fixated IOL. No complications occurred intraoperatively or postoperatively.
