Magnetic field‐assisted concentration swing adsorption for CO2 capture over Fe3O4/fibrous nanosilica‐PEI adsorbent

open access: yesAIChE Journal, EarlyView.
Abstract Magnetic field‐assisted concentration swing adsorption (CSA) provides an electrification‐compatible alternative to conventional temperature swing adsorption (TSA) by enabling rapid heating/cooling and energy‐efficient regeneration under near‐isothermal conditions, thereby eliminating the need for sensible heat input.

Thermostabilisation of human serum butyrylcholinesterase for detection of its inhibitors in water and biological fluids

open access: yesBrazilian Archives of Biology and Technology, 1999
The ability of gelatine-trehalose to convert the normally fragile, dry human serum BChE into a thermostable enzyme and its use in the detection of cholinesterase inhibitors in water and biological fluids is described.

Solid State Reactions of Carbamates with Aldehydes

open access: yes, 2013
Various solid carbamates were prepared from the reactions of liquid amines with carbon dioxide in an autoclave and these carbamates were used as stable, efficient alternatives for toxic liquid amines.

Katalysatoraktivierung als Schlüsselfaktor in Kreuzkupplungen: Raumtemperatur‐Kupplungen schwacher Nukleophile ermöglicht durch [Pd(1‐MeNAP)TFA]2 Präkatalysatoren

open access: yesAngewandte Chemie, EarlyView.

Accessing 1,2-Amino Alcohols and Diols through Photocatalytic Anti-Markovnikov Difunctionalisation of Ene-Carbamates and Enol Ethers

open access: yes, 2020
We report an atom-economical 1,2-oxyalkynylation of ene-carbamates and enol ethers based on the use of Ethynyl BenziodoXolone (EBX) as dual reagents for alkyne and oxygen transfer.

Combined Pre- and Posttreatment of Paraoxon Exposure

open access: yesMolecules, 2020
Aims: Organophosphates (OPCs), useful agents as pesticides, also represent a serious health hazard. Standard therapy with atropine and established oxime-type enzyme reactivators is unsatisfactory.

Bendiocarb and Malathion Resistance in Two Major Malaria Vector Populations in Cameroon Is Associated with High Frequency of the G119S Mutation (Ace-1) and Overexpression of Detoxification Genes

open access: yesPathogens, 2022
The spread of pyrethroid resistance in malaria vectors is a major threat affecting the performance of current control measures. However, there is still not enough information on the resistance profile of mosquitoes to carbamates and organophosphates ...

Benzothiazole carbamates and amides as antiproliferative species [PDF]

open access: yes, 2018
A series of new benzothiazole-based carbamates and amides were synthesized and their antiproliferative activity was determined. Derivatives with profound activity were identified and further investigated for their possible mechanism of action.

The Experimental Oxime K027—A Promising Protector From Organophosphate Pesticide Poisoning. A Review Comparing K027, K048, Pralidoxime, and Obidoxime

open access: yesFrontiers in Neuroscience, 2019
Poisoning with organophosphorus compounds (OPCs) is a major problem worldwide. Standard therapy with atropine and established oxime-type enzyme reactivators (pralidoxime, obidoxime) is unsatisfactory.
