본 연구에서는 대학생들을 대상으로 이들의 진로결정 여부에 따른 집단 간 부모의 진로관련 행동, 대학생의 진로탐색 및 진로결정 어려움 간의 관계를 탐색하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 최종 분석 대상은 서울시에 소재한 C 대학교 재학생 총 355명이었다. 본 연구 결과, 진로결정 여부에 따라 부모의 진로관련 행동, 진로탐색 및 진로결정 어려움은 유의미한 차이를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 부모의 진로관련 행동과 학생의 진로탐색이 진로결정 어려움에 직접적으로 부정적인 영향을 주며, 학생의 진로 탐색은 부모의 진로관련 행동과 진로결정 어려움 간의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다.
