A Living Multi‐Omics PDX Biobank of High‐Risk Sarcomas Reveals ecDNA‐Driven Oncogene Amplification in Osteosarcoma and Enables Preclinical Precision Oncology

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A living multi‐omics sarcoma PDX biobank is enriched for high‐risk disease and preserves key patient tumor features at histopathological and molecular levels. Integrated profiling reveals ecDNA‐driven oncogene amplification in osteosarcoma and preferential retention of ecDNA during PDX evolution.

Mitochondrial Quality Control in Degenerative Musculoskeletal Diseases: Signaling Networks and Therapeutic Landscapes

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Mitochondrial quality control (MQC) collapse redefines osteoarthritis, intervertebral disc degeneration, and osteoporosis as disorders of organelle dysfunction. Damaged mitochondria leak mtDNA and metabolites, driving cGAS‐STING inflammation, epigenetic reprogramming, and metabolic memory.

Long‐Term Expandable Periosteal Organoids Reconstruct a Functional Regenerative Niche That Support Hematopoietic Stem Cell Maintenance and Bone Repair

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A robust periosteal organoid system enables long‐term expansion while preserving native cellular heterogeneity. These organoids recapitulate functional niche environments, support hematopoietic stem cell maintenance, and attenuate aging‐associated decline ex vivo.

Cartilage reinforcement graft versus fascia graft in tympanoplasty*

open access: yesTURKISH JOURNAL OF MEDICAL SCIENCES, 2017
Background/aim: The purpose of this study was to compare cartilage reinforcement graft results with temporalis fascia graft alone in terms of hearing and anatomical outcomes in tympanoplasty. Materials and methods: Patients who underwent tympanoplasty with/without ossiculoplasty and/or mastoidectomy at a university hospital from 2006 through 2013 were ...
