Precision targeting of the spleen and myeloid cells of the tumor microenvironment, with minimal hepatic delivery, is achieved using a modular peptide dendrimer‐lipid nanocarrier. Functional assays, transcriptomics, and rodent models validate this novel myeloid cell targeting nanocarrier as an efficacious immunotherapy, both as a cancer vaccine platform
