Enumeration and Asymptotic Formulas for Rectangular Partitions of the Hypercube
We study a two-parameter generalization of the Catalan numbers: $C_{d,p}(n)$ is the number of ways to subdivide the $d$-dimensional hypercube into $n$ rectangular blocks using orthogonal partitions of fixed arity $p$. Bremner \& Dotsenko introduced $C_{d,

A generalization of Catalan numbers
In this paper, we introduce a generalization of Catalan numbers. To obtain this extension, we construct a family of subsets which depend on three parameters and whose cardinals originate it. The elements of this family are used to classify canonical primitive connected matrices of the p-Sylow of GL"n(q), problem that is related to Higman's Conjecture ...

Effect of pH on the Electrochemical Reduction of Nitrate on Metallic Copper
The electrochemical reduction of nitrate on Cu was investigated between pH 4.4–9.3 using on line DEMS and in situ FTIR. We show that electrolyte pH governs the stabilization and conversion of key intermediates such as NO, N2O, and N2H4, and alters local interfacial conditions.

Unveiling the Direct Air Capture and Transformation to Formate Under Mild Conditions
Aiming to decrease CO2 emissions and proposing new green and sustainable strategies and technologies, in this research we have conducted direct air capture and transformation into formate using a sequential process. In the first step, we absorbed CO2 into an ionic liquid and then transformed into formate by using mild conditions.

Continued fractions and Catalan problems
We find a generating function expressed as a continued fraction that enumerates ordered trees by the number of vertices at different levels. Several Catalan problems are mapped to an ordered-tree problem and their generating functions also expressed as a
