Charge‐Transfer‐Mediated Boron Magneto‐Ionics: Towards Voltage‐Driven Multi‐Ion Transport
This study demonstrates voltage‐driven multi‐ion transport in FeBO systems, revealing simultaneous motion of B, Fe, and O ions enabled by charge‐transfer effects. By tuning oxidation states through oxygen incorporation, we achieve a transition from electrostatic‐like to electrochemical magneto‐ionic behavior. The findings establish boron magneto‐ionics,

What power of two divides a weighted Catalan number? [PDF]
Given a sequence of integers b=(b0,b1,b2,…) one gives a Dyck path P of length 2n the weightwt(P)=bh1bh2⋯bhn, where hi is the height of the ith ascent of P.

Coxeter-biCatalan combinatorics [PDF]
We consider several counting problems related to Coxeter-Catalan combinatorics and conjecture that the problems all have the same answer, which we call the $W$ -biCatalan number. We prove the conjecture in many cases.

A graphene oxide nanocarrier presents neuropeptide Y specifically to NPY receptor‐expressing pathways in the amygdala, whose activation selectively suppresses aversive memory formation, without modulating anxiety responses. This circuit‐restricted drug release strategy may impact future design of neuropsychiatric therapies with limited off‐target ...

A Catalan path of length n, is a path from (0,0) going N=(0,1) or E=(0,1) in each step, such that it stays under (or on) the line x=y and ending at (n,n) after 2n steps. Here we calculate the total area between the line y=x and all Catalan paths.

Catalan-like Numbers and Determinants
The Catalan numbers play a central role in enumerations. They can be defined by recursion but also via so-called Hankel matrices. The Motzkin numbers are defined by a very similar recursion, and Aigner also found a description using Hankel matrices. Both types of numbers are involved in several classical formulae with binomial coefficients (and with ...

A magneto‐ionic security‐by‐materials‐design strategy exploits voltage‐driven N3– migration in selectively contacted FeCoN dots, creating reconfigurable sub‐15 nm ferromagnetic sublayers with deterministic and/or probabilistic (single‐domain↔vortex) states, voltage‐tunable probabilities and fully stochastic orientation/chirality.

On Coloring Catalan Number Distance Graphs and Interference Graphs [PDF]
A vertex coloring of a graph G is a mapping that allots colors to the vertices of G. Such a coloring is said to be a proper vertex coloring if two vertices joined by an edge receive different colors.
