SPICE‐Compatible Compact Modeling of Cuprate‐Based Memristors Across a Wide Temperature Range

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
A physics‐guided compact model for YBCO memristors is introduced, incorporating carrier trapping, field‐induced detrapping, and a differential balance equation to describe their switching dynamics. The model is compared with experiments and implemented in LTspice, allowing realistic circuit‐level simulations.

Catalan LMF Apertium Dictionary [PDF]

open access: yes, 2012
This is the LMF version of the Catalan Apertium ditionary. Monolingual dictionaries for Spanish, Catalan, Gallego and Euskera have been generated from the Apertium expanded lexicons of the es-ca (for both Spanish and Catalan) es-gl (for Galician) and eu ...

Permutations avoiding an increasing number of length-increasing forbidden subsequences [PDF]

open access: yesDiscrete Mathematics & Theoretical Computer Science, 2000
A permutation π is said to be τ -avoiding if it does not contain any subsequence having all the same pairwise comparisons as τ . This paper concerns the characterization and enumeration of permutations which avoid a set F^j of subsequences increasing ...

Variació condicionada: aspectes qualitatius i quantitatius [PDF]

open access: yes, 2019
The goal of this paper is to show that, although variation sometimes affects a small number of items, it never is completely arbitrary. It is rather conditioned by the grammatical system of a language (qualitative factors) and the quantitative effects ...

Catalan numbers revisited [PDF]

open access: yes, 1994
This paper discusses a method of proving that the number of well-formed orderings of n open and n closed parentheses is (2nn(n + 1). More details are provided by D. S. Rubenstein [“Catalan Numbers Revisited and Generalized Catalan Numbers,” 1992]

Refined Catalan and Narayana cyclic sieving [PDF]

open access: yes, 2020
We prove several new instances of the cyclic sieving phenomenon (CSP) on Catalan objects of type A and type B. Moreover, we refine many of the known instances of the CSP on Catalan objects. For example, we consider triangulations refined by the number of

Spoken and Written Representation of Number in L2 Catalan Indefinite Determiner Phrases [PDF]

open access: yes
The study explores the relationship that second language (L2) learners of Catalan establish between the spoken and the written representation of number inflection within an indefinite-article Determiner Phrase (DP); and it also addresses first language ...

Congruences from $q$-Catalan Identities [PDF]

open access: yesTransactions on Combinatorics, 2016
In this paper‎, ‎by studying three $q$-Catalan identities given by Andrews‎, ‎we arrive at a certain number of congruences‎. ‎These congruences are all modulo $Phi_n(q)$‎, ‎the $n$-th cyclotomic polynomial or the related functions and modulo $q$-integers‎

A generating function approach to the automated evaluation of sums of exponentiated multiples of generalized Catalan number linear combinations. [PDF]

open access: yes, 2018
Based on a previous technique deployed in some specific low order cases, we develop an automated computational procedure to evaluate instances within a class of infinite series comprising exponentiated multiples of generalized linear combinations of ...

Some factorisations counted by Catalan numbers [PDF]

open access: yes, 2006
In this paper, yet another occurrence of the Catalan numbers is presented; it is shown that the number of primitive factorisations of the cyclic permutation into n transpositions is Cn, the n-th Catalan number.
